Corey A. Lederman, Esq.

Corey Lederman dedicates his practice to helping people injured in accidents, and helping people protect their assets through estate planning. 

Prior to starting this firm, Corey represented plaintiffs who had been harmed by defective pharmaceutical and medical device products, victims of medical malpractice, victims of sexual abuse, and plaintiffs’ whose civil rights had been violated. 

After graduation, Corey clerked for a New Jersey State Court judge in the civil division. While in law school, he completed prestigious internships at the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Second Department, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York.

Corey is proud to have appeared on the 2023 Super Lawyers New York Rising Stars list, a distinction limited to approximately 2.5% of attorneys in each state. This selection is based off of an evaluation of twelve (12) indicators, including peer recognition and professional achievement in the legal practice.

Angela Shamay, Esq., Of Counsel

Angela Shamay has worked in the public sector in several governmental agencies over the course of her career, with notable roles in the New York City Police Department and the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission. She brings significant administrative hearing and trial experience to the firm.

Following law school, she clerked for several New Jersey State Court judges in the civil, criminal, and family law divisions. While in law school, she completed highly regarded internships in the New York City Police Department, the New York State Courts Access to Justice Program, the New York City Family Court Volunteer Attorney Program, and at Bronx Family Court.
